: Some people recommend mortar to set the tub, others say sand. It would seem to me that sand would be more forgiving. Is there a difference? If this is an indoor installation, I would avoid using sand as it will dry out and shake away from the tub. The mortar is the prefered way. You will be supporting the bottom of the tub. |
