: I just bought a house with an unfinished basement. I want to add a small half bath in the basement. : What toilet would be best that would require the least amount of plumbing work to install it? As far as i know all toilets require the same amount of plumbing. If you have no plumbing below the basement floor you will need to install a sewer ejector pump. A zoller or little giant are a good pumps. The stool needs a 2" vent. Dale Peck LMP
