We are redoing our bathroom, including tile. We have chosen Mexican tile all around, including in the shower. It is supposed to have 1/4" grout inbetween, partly because the tiles are uneven and partly for the "look". (They say you can go down to 3/16"). The question: won't we have problems with mildew in the shower with such wide grout lines? They say no, you seal it and grouts these days are mildew resistant. Are we making a mistake going this route? Thanks (and thanks for this great web site). Andy |
