: When our first floor toilet is flushed (only happens with this specific toilet), and the tank is re-filling, there is a very loud noise coming from the pipes. I'm guessing there is some kind of problem with the pressure. Can you tell me A) What is causing this, and B) What should I do to alleviate it.
Replacing the fill valve can help. Sometimes even turning down the the supply at the wall will cut it back enough. Terry
