Checking Water Pressure

Terry - I need to check my water pressure and I'm not sure
if this is something I can do myself or if I need to call
a plumber. The association where I live has told me
my pressure is 90 PSI but I'd like to check this myself
and if so I'd like to fix it oppossed to spending the
$200 the association has quoted.

Can you give me any hints on how I go about checking
the water pressure and then fixing myself.
