I am buying a home, and the inspection said "... the drain arm from the kitchen to the main soil stack is badly deteriorated and should be replaced." I have already pushed the sellers to fix several other things, including putting on a new roof! I think if I push them too much further, they will back out. Is this plumbing problem a major one. Will it cost too much to get it fixed myself, or even fix it myself? |
