Low pressure on upstairs apartment.

Hi. I had a water filter installed on my 2nd floor apartment (three-family house). Now my tenant on the third floor apartment is complaining about low water pressure in their kithen sink (starting on the same night the water filter was installed). I checked all the valves in the house and they are opened all the way. And the tenant is getting plenty of water pressure out of the bathroon sink and tub.

By the way, the "butchers" who installed my water filter installed a 3/4" "Full Port Inlet/Outlet" Whole House water filter under my sink? Can this be the cause of the problem? And are their any other implications of installing a 3/4" Inlet/Outlet water filter under my sink. Seems to me that this filter should have been installed at the main water line entering the house.

Any comments will be appreciated.
