With the lower bathroom gutted, we've decided to swap the location of the shower and basin. The old shower vent is behind the new sink location. Can I just place a san-tee into this (1-1/2)for the basin trap? (this vent drops vertical to the sewer line (2')
Since the basin vented in the wall and the shower needs a vent connection below floor, is it permissible to use the old basin drain line as the vent? The total bends would equal 180 degrees.
