Although I can't help you with the appeal, you might want to try filing with the Spencer Class Action if you have plastic fittings. It only pays 10%, but at least it is something.

: I have PB plumbing. I filed a claim with the Consumer Plumbing Recovery Center (Cox vs Shell). The claim has been denied because my first leak occurred after the period of eligiblity expired. Has anyone had experience appealing a claim denial and winning? I have 30 days to make my appeal and I need some assistance.
