David: Have you replaced your water heater recently, or completely drained the water heater for repairs. What your seeing is most likely entrained air that was compressed in the tank, and is noticeable in the water after the pressure is removed. If this is the case, the water will become just as clear as the cold side if it is allowed to sit for a short while....Bud.
