| In response to Re: Adjusting Pressure Reducing Valve | |

: I have a Watts Regulator Model 25AUB pressure reducing valve (stated range is 25 - 75 lbs) just after the main input valve into my house. : It has a screw adjustment with a locking nut. The city has stated the water pressure in the main on our street is 60 lbs, : but when I recently turned on sprinkler system, there is not enough pressure to reverse the impact sprinkler : heads. I have taken the heads of the system and flushed the line, to no avail. How do I adjust this valve to increase pressure : (screw in or out?) without increasing too much to blow the pressure valve on my hot water heater? Never mind, found the answer for the Watts 25AUB |
