Proper Venting of Washer & Laundry Tub

I am in the process of remodeling my basement and have come across a problem with the plumbing of the washer and the laundry tub. I must relocate both of these to a position that is about 25 feet from the sewer lines/vent stack. Luckily there is an unused sump basin that I can dump the washer and laundry tub drains into. I plan to use a sump pump to eject the waste water into the sewer through a pipe running in the basement ceiling. My question is: does it mater if I dump the waste water into the main sewer stack or can I tap into one of waste lines coming from the first or second floor. This is easier since the main stack is cast iron while the other waste lines are PVC. Also, do I need to vent this since it is just washer water? If so, does it mater how I tap the vent line into the system in relation to the waste line or can I connect it to the most convienent point? Thanks in advance!
