Toilet Flange height question...

We are ripping up a bathroom flor, taking out the standard Tile and replacing it with a wood flooring.

My question is the height difference from the two materials is around 1/8" - 1/4". The toilet flange just
might end up being either flush with the new floor or a little beneath the surface.

Is this ok? Is there a height limit or minimum I need to be concerned with?
