first go outside and see if you have vents pipes comeing out of your roof. i know plumbers that are useing studor vents (auto vents) in new homes today. they are legal in some areas and you may be out in the country where they can't spell plumbing code. so if you have a vent it should be a mim of 3". run a hose down it and if its plugged it will back up.give me a little history on this plumbing,was it installed by a master plumber? or someone who needed a case of beer?tell me all and i'll bet i can be a better judge of what the problem is . you can email me.dwpecksr@southwind.net

: : Dan, It's strange for a new house to have a sewer problem or a venting problem but those are the two things i would check first. do you have vent stacks out the roof?Dale
