: : We recently remodeled our 1938 colonial and used stainless steel for the countertop around the sink (about 30 sq ft). It's been great! The price was about the cost of a laminate and it will outlive all of us. The only downside is that it does scratch; if you like a neat appearance, you can buff it with some polishing compound. : I've been having a lot of trouble locating ss countertop. : I have been having trouble locating ss countertops where they will guarntee no waves in it. We are a cabinet company, and a client is looking for a ss countertop, wants a guarantee. |
