Kitchen faucet has low pressure

We have a Sterling kitchen faucet with spray and regular settings. It can be extracted from its base and used like a wand. The pressure on all temp settings has been gradually reducing. Initially the problem started suddenly. Now we're down to a trickle. I don't believe its the cartridge in the wand, as there is low pressure coming from the hose before water enters the wand. I have also checked for blockage in the head of the wand--nothing. Any suggestions?.
