Basement ejection sump requirements

1. The kitchen has a two inch vent thru the roof. Can I use a "Y" pipe and tap into this vent above where the sink is to avoid cutting another hole in the roof ? 2. The kitchen has a two inch drain line that runs for about 25 ft to the main line. Can I use a "Y" pipe to tap into this line for the injection pump or would it be better to run a seperate 3" line. The house is a walkout basement on a lake that has a washer, dishwasher, kitchen sink, and full bath dumping into the sump. Thanks
