I heard in its no longer permitted to wet vent over a water closet, but you can still wet vent sinks & tubs. I wish, I can find out why this has been change. Here in LA we have a lot of structual conditions. When wet venting a full bath or even the nearest fixture really helps. In LA City, we can no longer cut or pretty much drill the lower & upper plates in a shear wall. You know them engineers, they just love to make the plumbing wall a shear wall. Razz
