|In response to Re: Crooked waste rough-in in basement floor|
: I just bought a house with the second bathroom mostly roughed-in. The biggest problem I have is that the waste rough-in (2" PVC) for the shower is 5-10 degrees out of plumb. I have a 4 piece shower stall coming. How do I work with this? If I try to install the drain in the fiberglass pan and onto to the out of plumb pipe will I be flexing the floor too much and cause premature damage? There is about 1" of space all the way around between the pipe and the concrete.

you may have to cut the floor up and cut the horizontal pipe and put a coulpling on the horizontal line to get it plumbed up.
