: What is the best method(i.e. easiest)for breaking down and removing the concrete flooring. I am turning a 4' by 3' shower stall into a 4' by 6' stall. In order to insure the gradual slope to the drain I need to remove some of the original floor. I need a practical, cost effective method of removal. Any ideas? best method is to rent a concrete saw and cut out the area and put concrete back in with the 1/4" slope to the drain as required. Dale the cheapest way is to do it your self.
