I know two handle Moen faucets have a restrictor that must be installed in the shower outlet when used as a tub & shower. It is threaded and can be moved between the two outlets depending which one is feeding the shower when you install the taps. The theory being that water follows the path of least resistance, so it chooses to go out the fully open spout instead of the partially restricted shower. So what can you do? Email Price Pfister and ask them if they have such a device in their taps, take yours apart and check it out, or restrict your shower line to 3/8" by installing two 1/2" x 3/8" reducers back to back in the line directly above the taps, the 3/8" piece only has to be long enough to form a restictor. Another thing that comes to mind is maybe you have a blockage at your tub spout, remove it and see if that helps.......Lou
