replacing bathroom floor with tile, will raise floor 1", cause problem with toilet?

I am taking out linolium tile flooring and replacing it with tile. with the cement board and the tile, the floor will be raised about an inch. Am I going to have a problem when I go to put the toilet back in place since the floor will be higher but the toilet drain still at the same depth? If so how do I extend the drain up an inch to get a good connect? Please E-mail responces if possable. Thanks Dave
