: I am installing a toilet in a basement and can easily get aboe the drain line but need to know the general rate of decline that is neccessary for proper flow. : Thanks, the upc code states that any line 3" or less must be 1/4" per foot or 2%. a 4" line if needed can be 1/8" per ft. you only need a 3" line for 1 stool.Dale |
