|In response to Re: Whirlpool Bath|
: I just converted my exsisting garden tub into a whirlpool bath. The kids think its great, but how can I get them clean and still let them enjoy the whirlpool? Are there any soaps, shampoo, etc., that won't cause an overflow of bubbles and are safe for the pump and pipes?
just like the indoor tubs, the outdoor spas aren't really for detergents or soaps.
let the muddy kids take traditional showers and the dirt and detergents and soaps go down the drain along with skin surface bacteria etc.
your outdoor whirlpool tub should be handled like a swimming pool for sanitary water: testing of chlorine [99 cent kit at the pool store] and adding of clorox or granular clorine to keep things nice and sparkling clear for your family.
