Yuji:--My personal opinion based on my experience with "re-glazeing" attempts is not very encouraging. The tub looks really good for a while after the makeover is done, but rapidly loses its' initial luster. It then gets pretty shabby looking. My money would go for a new tub. Bud... My bathroom has an old cast iron tub. Everything else : there is still in a good shape. Has anyone experienced : using "resurfacing" or "refinishing" of cast iron tub? : Is it as good as TV ad says? Is it really worth $$? or : would you rather recommend to replace it with new one?
