: The cold water faucet handle in the tub/shower leaks when turned on. Once the faucet is turned off, there : is still a continuous drip. The house was built in 1978. How difficult will it be to find replacement parts to : correct the problem? I don't know what brand the faucet is. Thanks! sounds like you need some packing in the stem. and a new seat and washer. call a good service plumber they should have no trouble fixing it. |
