Luke Warm Showers Early in the Morning

My home is 1.5 years old and we never seem to be able to get a hot shower early in the morning (5-6am). the water is luke warm to warm at best. At the same time, we can get hot water from the sinks in the same bathroom (2nd floor master). I have copper pipes and some type of device that prevents a water temperature drop when the toilet is flushed. Any Ideas? Thanks, TJG
