If the pipe is out of the well, then cut it off flush with the pump inlet, assuming you can get that close to it, and then use a hacksaw blade to make a cut through the side of the pipe inside the pump. Cut only about half way through it, and then use a pin punch to roll the remaining threads in and off the pump threads.
