Capt.:--CPVC will be fine, but you should cover it with Thermoseal or Armaflex insulation before burying it. CPVC has a very high coefficient of expansion when heated, so on any long runs of hot water piping allow for this lengthening and shrinking by periodically offsetting the pipe.
If you use an insulation with 1/2" wall thickness, that will help with the thermal creep characteristics of this material. Lots of luck..
