Replacing An existing water heater

As my water heaters seem to be dying there seems to be several options available to restoring Hot
water to my home.

1. Replace my upstairs water heater with an inline heater
2. Replace the elemants of my upstairs water heater
3. Replace the upstairs water heater with a new water heater.
4. Take cold showers

I seem to be leaning in the replace the water heater with an inline system from SETS.
They seem to be the only one with a UL approval. they cost about three times what the compettitors
do but seem to be better controlled.

What do you Reccommend as course of action?
