I think you need a plumber. If you just have one pipe coming out of the floor, then you need to have a vent installed and connected to the existing plumbing, and also make sure that pipe is a suitable drain. It probably has a trap in it and will not work for a toilet. : I need to install a toilet on concrete and all there is, is a waste pipe coming out of the concrete : what do i need to do to install the toilet? How do i fasten it down? Oh yea the waste pipe comes out at a slight angle.
