we bought our house in march 2002 and had our first problem in june of 2002. we came home from being out of town and found our front yard flooded. we called a plumber to come out at midnight and he is the one that told us of the problems with this type of plumbing. the house was built in 1995. we were not aware of any of this. i have been doing some research and found www.pbpipe.com has good information. you can call the CONSUMER PLUMBING RECOVERY CENTER at
1 800 876 4698. they will take name and information and send you papers to file or you can print them out and mail them in yourself. this website was updated july 19 of 2002 so it all should be current. i will be calling right away. everyone's stories on here have scared me to death that we are sitting on a time bomb of more leaks. thanks everyone for your info.
