I'm trying to get information on the class action lawsuit concerning this type plumbing. I have owned my home since September 1992. In that time i have had numerous leaks, under the house, in the bathrooms, toilet connections, the walls, thru ceilings. I recently heard about this class action lawsuit and would like any information available. This developed into a reoccurring problem, i have made repaired in the past only too have the leak reappear at a different location. Once again, any available information concerning who is eligible to file a claim for the polybutylene plumbing would be greatly appreciated.
