After 9-11 last September, my husband and I searched for a family with children in New York that were left with no father. After many phone calls, we were referred to a woman and 3 children that were left, as the husband/father was killed. We adopted them, sent them wonderful presents for the holidays, however, when I spoke with the children, they indicated that their father was hoping to afford a computer for them that Christmas. I contacted many of the Computer Companies around Christmas to see if I could get one donated to them and it was impossible, as business was slow and many had contributed to the Red Cross, etc. With 9-11 coming up, I would love to have a computer delivered to this family. They would be so appreciative and I am asking for your assistance. I have their address and pictures of the family to send if needed. Thanks you. RoJane & James Maybee
