Reolacing an old toilet

Thank you for this site! I am getting ready to remodel my bathroom and am having difficulty finding a toilet that will fit in the old one's current position. There are two sets of screws on the current toilet. They are spaced 14 1/2 and 22 1/4" away from the wall. The tank is attached to the wall with screws and a pipe connects the tank to the bowl. Are you aware of a toilet that can replace this drain location? Thanks for your help! BK
