: : We have a home built in 1979 which has Blue Max pipe running from our water meter to our home. I've heard of a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer due to a large amount of these pipes failing. Does anyone have more info they can share? Especially regarding a contact to participate in the lawsuit or specifics about the product failures. Thanks.
