I have a gas hot water heater and it does not seem to heat the water very hot. The flame seems to run a very long time but we still get warm water at best. At first I thought it was just excessive usage since it is a four family house, but upon talking to tenenats this does not seem the case. I have been keeping the heater on the lower setting as to keep anyone from getting burned. Is it possible that the thermostat on this fairly new hot water heater is bad? Is this a replacable part if so? |
