We are in the same boat. There is or at least was a class action suit against the manufacturers of quest piping. I went through all the hassle of making contact, filing out the paperwork, and having the house inspected and due to some technicality, did not qualify. I don't remember the details, but it was either the year the modular was built or when the problems occured. Now, we have more leaks and the entire floor in one bedroom and the kitchen are buckled and have to be replaced. I wish you better luck than I had in your endeavors.
