If anyone knows of a new class action suit regarding polybutylene pipes please advise. I have a home that was built in 1977 it has been refitted with "copper fittings" but the same pipe in 1993. I have had three two medium and one major leaks with the pipes themselves not the fittings. I have tried to get in on the class action suit but I am past the time frame. Does anyone know of another class action suit or would anyone else like to start one if they are having the same problem I am?
