When the master bath is full it pulls the caulking apart around the top edge. The tub base sinks 3/16" compared to when empty. The tub is the kind without exterior sides, just a top flange. It appears to me that the tub base was not set in a mortar bed and the top flange supports all the weight. I want to know if the tub was improperly installed, as the house is new.
Also, on two of the toilets, the base sits level on the floor, but the seat is 3/8" out of level in the width of the seat. Is this considered acceptable or a flawed toilet?
