water supply pipes

I am remodeling a bathroom and found that my water supply lines are copper 1/2" throughout the house (both hot and cold). One supply line (cold) feeds all fixtures in both of my bathrooms...that's two sinks, two tubs, and two toilets. My question: should I replace theses supply pipes with new 3/4" pipes? if so, should I use CPVC or Copper? and would this improve the water pressure to each fixture throughout the house?
