First off what are the drain pipes made of? I have seen old cast iron and galvanized pipe that has closed up over a period of decades. The wife dumps her grease and oily stuff in an old tin can, (soup can), then throws it the garbage. Keep one around for this purpose and it should keep your landlady happier. Good Luck.......Lou |
