: : : : I am wondering if I buy 3.5 gallon toilets (american standard) in Canada whether I will have trouble getting parts so that service will always be a pain?
: : : The Canadian American Standard, is most likely produced in the US. Parts should be no problem. They really don't flush any better than the "new" cadet which is a legal 1.6 toilet. Seems like a lot of extra work to me to install old technology. I have had one of the new cadets in my home for two months now. I prefer it to the old 3.5 Terry
: : when you say new cadet, which do you mean? There are a few cadet model numbers, at least one of which has power assist flush. Thanks
: Cadet EL Toilet, 2898.012 Gravity
: Cadet RF Toilet, 2798.012 Gravity
I have a hard time believing this. Everywhere, I read that people are having the same problem I am getting toilets to flush. Why do you prefer it to the old 3.5. Is it possible to get a 3.5 with power assist flush and if so are there problems with this. appreciate your help.
