They installed our toilets. The brand we selected was WINDHAM; Elongated. No place ON the toilet does it SAY
the model.

We noticed MOST of your toilets have SIDE flushers. Ours has a FRONT flusher.

When at your web site, we did not see ONE single WINDHAM.

We are constantly having problems with the toilets almost overflowing, they are constantly running, and it takes 2 flushes to get the stuff thru the pipes, most times.

In our recent home, we had AMERICAN STANDARD 1.6 gal, and they worked very well. With our current toilets, I have plungered them MORE times in 4 months than I had at our previous
house in almost FOUR YEARS!

There IS a KOHLER Stamp ON the TOILET tho.

Can you help me with this information.

Something needs to be done. I am not at all sure both toilet parts are even from the same company.
Is there some Model Number INSIDE the toilet tank that could give some insight as to the company?

I would appreciate some response ASAP, if possible.
