there is a #10 wax ring which is thicker than normal, or you can use a regular ring with an extended ring on top of it. Be certain that the toilet does not rock in any diretion as that will break the seal and allow the leakage. : i install a new toilet, with a new sub floor,& tile, which rasied the floor, i had to put 2 wax rings in to seal it. it work fine
