Sewer pipe repair

I've got an old home with an old sewer line. After a couple of backups, I had someone stick a camera down my sewer line to see the problem. It seems that the old cast iron pipe has deteriorated at the bottom in one spot. Can't I somehow repair the pipe without digging up my entire yard (the spot is under a brick landscaping wall)?? Can't you stick a camera down there and fill the hole with grout or some other substance? Any advice would be appreciated!
