I have owned my home since May 1993. In that time I have had leaks under my kithen sink, under bathroom sinks, in the walls and ceilings, under the raised foundation, over the waterheater and outside where the water valve is. I have had to replace subfloor and flooring in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. My chest of drawers was ruined due to a leak from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling. The upstairs bathroom had to be completely gutted and remodeled due to the leak which caused mold to grow inside the walls. I have rust on top of my waterheater and rust inside all the toilets. I now am experiencing cracking in my walls, ceilings and doorframes due to a settling/sinking foundation.
I was recently informed by the USAA Insurance inspector, that the Quest Pipe in my home is banned and that there was/is a class action lawsuit for which I may qualify. I am in the process of trying to sell my home to relocate closer to my job, which is 60 miles away. I am told that my house would not pass a loan inspection with this plumbing, so, it is precluding me from selling my home. I urgently request your assistance in this matter.

Sincerely,

Terri Miller
