I have the exact same problem, I have been reading every thing I can, CAN ANYONE REALLY HELP WITH THIS?? HOW DO WE ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE SO IT IS NOT JUST HOT???? ALSO, WHY IS THE TEMPERATURE HANDLE SO HARD TO MOVE????
