Basement Rough-In Relocation

I'm currently laying out the design of finishing my basement. The bathroom rough-in is not in the location that I would prefer. My current plan is to leave the toilet in its fixed location. My question is: Is is possible to run the drains for the shower and sink along a wet wall back to the drain locations? What amount of clearance is needed underneath the tub? Any recommendations would be appreciated. I would prefer not to dig up the concrete to relocate the drains. Thanks Bill
