Just wondering what you finally did to solve your problem. We are getting ready to add a shower to our claw foot tub. My husband is thinking of drilling the hole out of the existing faucet set to make it bigger and retapping it with coarser threads. By doing that, I think we can find parts at the hardware store to make it work. If you don't mind, let me know what you did. Thanks,Kay
